Shipping Policy
▧ Items shipped from Hong Kong via airmail. It usually takes approximately 14-20 days for the product arrival. Please contact us for the cost if you need express service for your order.
▧ If you require to change the postal address or have left a wrong address in Paypal, please info us asap by email or ebay message, or we are unable to change your postal address once the parcel has been sent out.
▧ Items will be checked carefully before sent out.
Return Policy
▧ If you are not satisfied with the items you bought for any reason, please contact us within 10 days for exchange.
▧ Exchange for the same style and size only will be given for faulty items in the rare occurrence this should happen, all items are checked for faults before shipping. Refund will be given as merchandise credit, Credit is only offered to items which are paid in full within 7 days after end of auction, and is only valid for 30 days from the date we receive the return. One item’s credit can only be used towards one new item, not multiple items. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer you a credit of your winning bid price if you return it to us in the same packaging and condition within 7 days of receiving it. Exchange may be offered at additional charge if there is a preferred item available. All postage and handling costs occurred in exchange are at the buyer’s expense. However, no credit or exchange will be given if you intentionally bid on wrong size or color.
